Experienced & Trained Staff

Children of different ages have their own way of expressing themselves. That is why Arcadia Learning Academy has teachers and staffs that are very great communicators. They are good listeners, interpreters and are able to respond to different ways that children express themselves to adults.

In childcare, it takes a lot to effectively supervise the growth and development of kids in our care. This is why we only hire staff are patient, kind and understanding.

We strive to shape children’s actions properly by being good role models ourselves and by facilitating story-telling, fun activities and games.

Our staffs and teachers are individuals who certified to practice in childcare settings such as that in Arcadia Learning Academy. They underwent background screening to ensure the safety of children enrolled at the academy. They are also ethical, physically fit, emotionally stable, alert, energetic, sensitive, and reflect a positive attitude that children can emulate.
